“Grandes Écoles“ Forums: Group HR is committed to attracting new talent

Attracting new talent, anticipating renewals and forming teams that will play an active role in the Group’s future development is a daily concern for human resources and of strategic importance for the future.
For its first participation as an exhibitor in the various career forums offered each year by the schools, the Group has chosen 3 establishments from among the top French engineering and management schools: Polytechnique, Les Arts & Métiers, and EM Lyon business school.
Over time, the Grandes Ecoles Forums have become a genuine meeting place for companies, students, doctoral students and alumni to create enriching links and exchanges.
For companies, this format opens a window into their professions and activities, as well as their ethical values, a criterion that has become important for this new generation, which is increasingly sensitive to ecological and social challenges. The Group is convincing with its spirit of innovation clearly focused on R&D and new technologies. Moreover, its recognised human values, and its close-knit subsidiaries established worldwide, make it a dynamic mid-sized business in the rapidly changing electricity markets, with so many opportunities and the promise of a future for future employees.
The first 2 Forums were successfully held on 7 and 8 October (for Polytechnique) and 26 November 2019 (Arts et Métiers). The next one will take place on 13,14,15 January 2020 (EM Lyon). They foresee a new way to connect the Grandes Ecoles with the company for future collaborations.
